Yoni Raid on the Rokel ca. 1870s

The kings who felt their interests threatened by the Creole traders began to oppose all foreign traders, and by foreign they meant anyone not of their own people. The Yoni attacked the missionaries and traders on the Rokel again in the 1870s.
