Kristallnacht in Germany 1938

On Crystal Night (Kristallnacht, November 9-10), so named for the broken glass on the streets of Germany, German fascists attacked Jews thoughout the country, smashing the windows of Jewish homes, businesses, and places of worship; thousands died, and an estimated 30,000 more Jews were imprisoned.
