Index of Wars and Conflicts relating to Mali

This index presents historical and modern wars and conflicts taking place in the present territory of, or relating to, Mali. Mali, known as Sudanese Republic at the time, became independent of France in 1960, as part of the Mali Federation with Senegal was renamed after Senegal withdrew a few months later. The territory had been under French rule since the late 19th century.
